If for any reason you wish to return an item to Costa Shop and Drop we recommend for you to call our customer service agents to note your reason for return, they will advise your next steps. It is advised to always check your order on arrival and raise any quality concerns with the driver as these can’t always be rectified after the driver has left your property.
If you are returning items due to a mistake on our part we will refund your total costs or exchange if necessary.
You can of course cancel your order at any time during the ordering process up until your payment has been accepted. Once payment has been accepted the order will be deemed to be a binding contract and the terms for return listed above will need to be adhered to. Local delivery from Torremolinos to Duquesa, including inland towns Alhaurin, Coin and Mijas Pueblo is free if the order exceeds 24.95 , if your order is less than this value a 4.95 surcharge will incur. You can also select a delivery day that is most convenient for you, just place a note on your order.
Deliveries East of Malaga including Nerja have weekly deliveries currently a Wednesday this will be increased as per demand.
Orders placed before 11am are delivered the same day 7 days per week (excluding national holidays). Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the next working day. If your order includes fresh meat this will be delivered next working day regardless of time ordered , to allow our butcher to prepare your order.
If you chosen to have your shopping dropped at a click & collect point, please enter your agents postcode and choose their address from the drop down menu. This will be with them on the same days, or alternatively your chosen day.
